SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
SHIPPING POLICY
All of our products are shipped/delivered using the following courier service providers:
- Raven Express Delivery Services
- TTPOST (Bank deposit or transfer required)
A flat rate of $40 is charged for delivery. Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays.
Orders placed up to 6pm on Sundays would be sent out on Mondays.
Orders placed up to Wednesday 6pm would be sent out on Thursdays.

NOTE: Keeping in mind that we employ external delivery services, once your order is shipped, tracking of your items are to done in liaison with the delivery company.
To ensure efficient delivery of your items,
- Provide a main and alternative contact number.
- Ensure someone, if not yourself, is available to collect your items within the stipulated delivery period.

RETURN POLICY
Food Items:
Due to the nature of these products, we unfortunately cannot facilitate return of our food items once they have been opened.
We can however reimburse you on your purchase on a case by case basis. To do so, send us an email at adozenbydee@gmail.com and where arrangements can be made.

Merchandise:
Contact for a return must be made within 7 days after delivery and all return tracked postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Your order must be unworn and unwashed with the tag still attached. Items must be in a saleable condition; no fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks, heavy smells or noticeable spills including but not limited to food marks or milk stains etc.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the credited amount.
